Indoor group training will have maximum 6 clients working on strength and conditioning. The goal is to increase full body strength and increase your cardiovascular health.
Tailored Strength will be lower rep (5-8) circuits that will focus on a lower rep range with an appropriate intensity.
Tailored Conditioning circuits will be higher reps typically 12+ with a range of different equipment such as dumbbells, TRX, bands and other fun toys.
Tailored Bodyweight circuits will be a range of bodyweight exercises to help raise your heart rate and build that lactic threshold.
